Lack of Red Meat.

So far, I would say that I have been calmer and have not been getting pissed over things as much as usual since giving up red meat. Even been sleeping better. Though I must admit, I look forward to when I can treat myself to a steak or a rack of lamb. The hardest part is getting used to the food like turkey burgers instead of beef. It is not that it is bad tasting, it is just not what my brain wants. This is where seasoning helps a lot. Now they are not so bad. It is more of a welcomed change. There is nothing wrong with a little variety. I will continue to write more on this later.
